Lady Lamb the Beekeeper, aka Aly Spaltro, is an astonishing young guitarist and singer songwriter from Portland, Maine. Her album Ripely Pine was on the car stereo for weeks when it landed - raw, noisey, inventive and showcasing some great lyrics. Both originally from South Africa we had plenty to bond about, and with Argentinian drumming force Laura Fares in the mix they are poised for greatness.
