with alt female choir Gaggle, led by Deborah Coughlin, and alt folk
songstress Erin K make up the backbone of this week’s show.
Both popped
into Amazing Breakfast to play live and literally blew our hair back in
their own special ways.
We fit 12 of the girls from Gaggle into our
*tiny* London studio, to sing two tracks for us and we talk to Deb about
her ambitions for the group now that they’re up and away with album
number 1 on Transgressive Records.
What
better way to kick off the show that Piney Gir’s new single? The
country rock pop Queen is about to play some live tour dates in the UK
too, check out Would You Be There - we love it. A new single from Call The Doctor too, the UK band are fronted by New Zealand’s Pattie Aberhart
whose crystal clear strident vocal is in a league of it’s own.

what a couple of weeks it’s been. We’re all systems go on team TOW to
launch the new Amazing Breakfast Show this week! The Other Woman remains on
Sunday evenings - and Brekkie will be an entirely different ball game.
